Summary: Our family of three recently stayed here for two weeks. We already loved Cotuit, and this location is just perfect to walk to the ballpark, the market and around town. Plus with a beach pass you can explore best of Barnstable beaches (Dowses, Craigville and of course Loop). The kitchen is well stocked and clean, and we appreciated the beach towels and chairs. The back deck and yard are the highlight - we hosted a barbecue and the kids played wiffleball for hours. Good wireless and a desk if you need to do some work. The owner Kathleen is very helpful and responsive. Would definitely choose this house again.

Summary: This was a wonderful property! I really enjoyed the large master bedroom and having tea on the deck in the morning. There was plenty of room for our adult children to visit. The neighborhood provides plenty of walking with beach access and college baseball right around the corner.

Summary: A perfect property rental for my family and dog to relax and explore Cape Cod. The property had everything we needed (and more!), and it helped us have a very enjoyable and easy week away. We really enjoyed being so close to the Kettleers stadium as well as multiple beaches. Great back yard for our kids and their cousins to play!

Summary: The house was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The yard was perfect for the kids to run around. The location was also convenient, near Cotuit village and Craigsville beach. Kathleen provided everything we needed.

Summary: This was a great rental! Wonderful location on Main St and walkable to the Coop (market), Ropes Beach, etc. had a huge private backyard, nice deck, outdoor shower, beautiful giant master bedroom, another comfy first floor bedroom and a kids space upstairs. It was clean and well stocked and owners were responsive and friendly. We loved our stay!

Summary: Great home. Lots of space for a family. Very clean Good location if you want to also do any day trips to Boston or Rhode Island. Properly stocked kitchen and host was super helpful.

Summary: My family and I throughly enjoyed staying in your home! It truly felt like a home not just a place to stay. Has everything you could possibly need to be comfortable. Great neighborhood close to anyplace on the Cape you would want to visit. Loved the Kettlers Ball field walking distance. Got to see a great game too! Highly recommend this home and Kathleen was extremely easy to contact . Couldn’t ask for more!!
